| Gynecomastia or excessive development of the male breast is a common condition that affects more than 40% of all males to some degree, and becomes more common with advancing age. Although Gynecomastia occurs normally in 2/3 of normal males during puberty, this usually disappears by age 20. Candidates for the surgical correction of Gynecomastia include those who have persistent breast enlargement following the completion of puberty or those who develop Gynecomastia as an adult. The surgical options include Liposuction and/or Direct Excision. More Male Breast Reduction Information View Dr. David Pratt's Work |
