| Office Hours: | Regular office hours are Monday through Friday. In case of after-hours emergencies, a physician is always available. |
| Payments: | Payments for office visits and services as well as insurance co-pays are expected at the time of service. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, personal check, or money order. All elective and cosmetic procedures are prepaid prior to surgery, our detailed policy will be explained to you at the time of your consultation. |
| Financing: | Financing is available through the AMS Patient Financing Program (800)-834-9296, and the Surgery Finance Center (888)-942-6609. |
| Patient Referrals: | We consider your referral of friends and family members to our practice, to be the highest form a compliment to our practice. |
