Ear Reshaping

Protruding ears that appear to face awkwardly forward, asymmetrical ears, and oddly shaped ears can be surgically improved with cosmetic ear surgery (Otoplasty). The procedure is usually performed when a child reaches the age of 5 or 6, however David Pratt commonly performs the surgery on adults as well. The goal of the procedure is to bring the ears in closer to the head in a more natural position, and to reduce the size of the outer ear in the case of oversized ears.

Endoscopic Brow Lift

Sagging eyebrows with resultant redundancy of the upper eyelid skin can result in "hooding" of the upper eyelids. In severe cases, partial loss of the peripheral vision can occur as a result of this problem. These changes are frequently seen in the aging face, and can be significantly improved with an Endoscopic Brow Lift. The result is a more youthful and less fatigued appearance. This procedure can be performed alone, but is often done in conjunction with a facelift or eyelid surgery.
