Everett Office Manager – Pamela Grumbach

Pam has more than twenty years experience in the field of plastic surgery. Her depth of knowledge in the patient care and administrative aspects of plastic and reconstructive surgery is equaled by few in her position. Pam is the main contact in our Everett office and will help coordinate consultations, pre-operative, and follow-up visits for patients living in the Snohomish, Whatcom, and Island counties.

Lead Concierge Receptionist – Sue

Sue's enthusiastic and cheerful voice will most likely be your first contact with Pratt Plastic Surgery. She will help guide you through the initial stages of your exciting journey with us, and assist our patient coordinator in providing you with the most convenient, comfortable, and confidential experience possible.

Michele "wears many hats" in our practice. Her innovative suggestions and pleasant manner are always a welcome addition. Among other duties, Michelle assists in patient and administrative duties in our Everett office and has been intimately involved in the Medicare Certification of our surgicenter in Kirkland Washington.
